We collect contact information so we can respond to your enquiry, and, where relevant, discuss and provide our services to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for marketing mailing lists.

How your enquiry is processed
To deliver your message and protect the form from abuse, we use the following service providers:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose.
- Our email delivery provider (currently Resend) — delivers your enquiry to our business inbox.
- Our business email provider — stores the enquiry email so we can reply.
These providers may store or process information outside Australia.
Legal review required: confirm each provider, the countries where data may be stored or processed, and the disclosures required for cross-border disclosure under APP 8.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or process technical data to provide security and performance features, including Turnstile.

Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. The website does not store contact form submissions in a database; enquiries are delivered by email.
